The forum will explore the issues that young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds face when dealing with the police and criminal justice systems, and identify ways to build positive relationships between these groups. The forum is aimed at professionals whose roles bring them into contact with young people from multicultural backgrounds, including youth workers, settlement workers, police, teachers, staff of government agencies etc, and will include workshop presentations, small and large group discussions and a Q&A panel.
