Amnesty International's 2006 Regional Youth Conference for Human Rights?

Amnesty International SA/NT is holding its second annual regional Youth Conference for Human Rights September 15-16 at the University of Adelaide.? Registration is open to all young people who want to make a difference and become 'Ambassadors of Freedom'.? The conference will offer participants the opportunity to learn about human rights issues in Australia and overseas, and develop their own skills to become advocates for human rights.?
The program includes a variety of workshops, covering hot debates on human rights issues, sassy campaigning tools, breaking the media code ideas and creative campaigning.? It will feature experienced key speakers, inspiring young leaders, and popular role models.? A number of South Australian politicians will also attend the sessions and participate in a live debate.
