The Spark Fund provides funding support for young people aged 12-25 years to ‘ignite an innovative idea’ which makes a positive contribution to the community and enhances their skills and experiences. Applications can be made at any time after 20 January 2006 and a Committee will meet four times during the year to decide on applications received.
