3rd Annual Child Aware Approaches Conference

Families Australia and the Australian Government Department of Social Services will present the 3rd annual Child Aware Approaches Conference (CAA 2026) in Melbourne, 18-19 May 2026. The focus of the conference will be Innovations in early intervention, community collaboration and partnership beyond the child & family welfare sector.

In 2026, the Child Aware Approaches Conference will explore innovative ways to respond early to the needs of children and families, and identify ways for diverse organisations, professions and communities to work more closely together to promote child safety and wellbeing. The conference will help to highlight the importance of working together to prevent harm to children.
