Youth Studies Australia was the clearinghouse's peer-reviewed journal, and its full run is held here as open access: every volume, with the article indexes that go with them. Nothing needs a subscription, and there is nothing to subscribe to - the journal ended with the organisation that published it.
A journal run is the most useful thing an archive of this kind can hold. Each issue was assembled around what practitioners, researchers and policymakers were arguing about at the time, so the sequence of issues reads as a history of the questions themselves: which subjects arrived, which were settled, which were renamed and came back. The articles were held to a declared standard - read internally first, then sent for peer review - and the guidelines that standard came from are archived alongside them, so a reader can weigh a paper against the rules it was written under.
For anyone citing from the run, the volume and issue numbers here are the ones the journal used, and the article indexes are the fastest way to find a paper by author or subject when only half a reference survives. Supplements and back-issue summaries published with individual volumes are kept with them. Write to the editors of the archive about anything in this section.
