RESEARCH WORKSHOP: Invited NSW young people aged 13-17 have talked about where and how they have learned about sex, love and relationships. Participants have also explained how media, including social media, fits into their understanding of themselves and their relationships to others. The project has also investigated the ways that teachers, sexuality educators, health promotion staff and other professionals understand media, and how they are (or are not) able to access training that helps them understand young people’s contemporary media cultures.
